1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Grid Life (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Description of the App
Grid Life is a personal life-tracking app that visualises your days in a grid format. All data is stored locally on your device with optional iCloud sync across your devices.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer optional paid features through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not handle any payment information. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content — including design, code, graphics, and text — are owned by LongShot Digital OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6. User Data
Your data belongs to you. We do not collect personal data. For details on how data is stored and handled, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongShot Digital OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
